Hai Pa Wang Restaurant, with over twenty years of history, presents the heat pasteurized "Hai Pa Wang Healthy Hotpot," designed to boost immunity and nourish tense and fatigued bodies. The hotpot uses wild chickens with firm flesh, deep sea oysters, pig knuckles, and soup stock made from aged hen bouillon simmered for at least ten hours. The invigorating, non-greasy, simmering hot taste nourishes instantly. In addition, various fruits and vegetables are added to allow natural fruit enzymes, vitamin C, and the sweetness of freshly picked vegetables to be absorbed into the soup stock. Crab sticks and North Sea Fin are also used to flavor the soup. Priced at NT$500, each pot serves 2-3 people and comes with noodles and rice along with Hai Pa Wang's signature dessert, preserved mango. --By Josie Wu
