In late December last year, Uncle Sam's Bakery Cafe opened at its first location in Dazhi and was very well received. Now, a second location is also open for business, making it more convenient for those who live in downtown Taipei and don't want to drive all the way to the outskirts. The cafe is named after one of the owners, Sam Wang who, as a little boy, loved eating bread and dreamed of opening his own bakery. --[ more ] 6/22 |

Renowned chef Justin Quek manages to once again surprise with his culinary skills, this time at the newly-opened Just in Bistro & Wine Bar, where he uses the freshest local ingredients to create comfort food.
