       In a city where lounge bars are becoming two-a-penny, the Roof View Lounge Bar & Cafe aspires to be something different. Not only does it have an enviable rooftop location, with indoor and patio sections, but the menu lists Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian and Yunnan dishes, all of which can be enjoyed with various whiskeys, wines, champagnes and cocktails. According to proprieter Tony Shen--the man behind the very popular Thai Cheap restaurant--the style and decor of Roof Lounge reflect four principles: Casual, Natural, Simple, and Comfortable. Located in the building that used to house PASSION nightclub, everything has been designed with female customers in mind; Thursday is Champagne Ladies Night, when each female guest receives a free glass of champagne.
