In 2003, a coffee-maniac group's passion gave birth to "Coffee Only", which recently moved to the area near DaAn Park to be able to provide a bigger space. Although there are numerous coffee shops scattered around Taipei city, Coffee Only's dedication to original-flavoured coffee deserves checking out. Coffee beans from different parts of the world are roasted here for 36 hours before serving. To provide the best quality of coffee, a fixed quantity of beans are roasted each time and will be tossed out if not served within seven days.

A. Coffee Only selects coffee beans from locations in Asia, Africa, and Central and South America. The coffee is prepared with a filter in front of the guests, allowing them to witness the process and Coffee Only's moment of truth.
B. Specialty Iced Coffee, Irish Coffee and Italian Coffee varieties are also offered here. The owner proudly recommends one made with a Dutch Filter Coffee Pot. It takes 48 hours to produce only 12 glasses of Specialty Iced Coffee (NT$160 or NT$100 for members).
