What Brought You To Taiwan: 'I knew [owner] Jose De Campo for eight years.  When I dropped him off at the airport, he told me he'd bring me to Taiwan as soon as he could.'

Favorite Dish I Offer: Barbecued US mutton

Favorite Dishes I Don't Offer: Real Belgian mussels with French fries ('You just can't make that around here.') and any kind of wild game (rabbit, deer, wild boar)

Best Thing About Running A Taichung Restaurant: 'Meeting people, talking to people.  You can also learn languages and meet people from all countries and races.  That's interesting and allows you to learn other cultures.'

Worst Thing About Running A Taichung Restaurant: 'The hours--7 a.m. to 12 midnight--but it's that way everywhere.'

Favorite Non-Work Activity: Fishing at Taichung harbor. ('I caught two the last time there.')

Favorite Other Restaurant: Degas 24-Hour Restaurant ('The only place I can go to after work.')
