Apart from serving freshly brewed coffee and made-to-order croissants and sandwiches, Takeit Cafe also serves delectable pastas and fresh salads that are big enough to be enjoyed as a main course. Kenny, the owner, has a great interest in making his own pastries, so expect to see Western favorites like brownies and cookies here. Simple, natural and environmentally aware, Takeit Cafe is full of things like LED lights, power-saving light bulbs and recycled materials. Before, Kenny worked overseas, dealing in fair-trade merchandise. Because of this experience, he only serves fair trade "Rainforest Alliance" beans. --Translated by Ann Lee
