Jason's Bakery is located next to the cashier of Jason's Supermarket, on the level B1 of the world's tallest skyscraper, Taipei 101. Being situated in a golden spot of Taipei city, I thought that the cakes sold there should not disappoint patrons. I therefore set out to sample taste the cheese cake which would represent Taipei to the hundreds of global travelers that pass through Taipei 101 every day. The cheese tart sold at the bread shop has an appealing appearance, and fortunately, its appeal did not disappear after tasting it either. Priced at NT$59, the tart is definitely worth a try. It's extremely thick, hard and slightly roasted crust is going to be a treat for crust lovers of all ages. Clearly, this cheese tart's crust is one of its major selling points, as this tart has more crust than it has cheese fillings. Its cheese fillings are also up to standards as well. The filling is rich in cheese taste, and has a slightly sour flavor. For those who'd like to enjoy a hearty cheese tart that will fill you up, the cheese tart sold at Jason's Bakery will be ideal for you to quench your cheese cake cravings.
