Opened not long ago, "Hung Guan" cafe is located next to the Shi Da park and stands out considerably through its vibrant red building. The small two-story building has about ten tables. Red bricks and bright red furniture give the store a passionate feel both inside and out. On the second floor, customers can sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the park and its many activities.
Flower tea, coffee, slush, and cold and warm fruit tea are the among specials here. The nice and thick cold latte (NT$150) and tropical fruit tea are the most popular. And don't forget the special latte made from a mix of hazelnuts, roses and orange peel, the Mexican roll, and the thin-crusted Mexican-style pizza (NT$180). -- By Ken Lin, translated by Annie Tai
