As might be guessed from the name, the specialty here is lavender
flavored drinks. For example, "Lavender Classic"
is coffee with lavender added during the brewing process.
"Favorite Lavender Milk Tea" is a blend of lemon
juice, pomegranate juice and lavender.
If you have a serious sweet tooth, then don't miss out on
the desserts here. Lavender's owner worked as a senior pastry
chef before opening this teahouse. Therefore, all of the cakes,
bread and desserts are homemade. The most popular is the sweet
and sour "Sugar Apple" , made by combining chocolate
cake with cream and fresh apples. Afternoon tea (NT$188) is
served buffet-style and includes any non-alcoholic drink and
all-you-can-eat dessert. -- By Josephine Lin
