Eslite Bookstore, where function meets art

It's a well known fact that bookstores provide more than just a collection of merchandise that you can buy and take home; they also provide a place where you can browse and sit for hours, flipping through books and leisurely thumbing through volumes until you find something you like. Of course there are also extras--coffee mugs and journals, cafes, and CDs--diversions that can easily whisk away an afternoon.

Eslite Bookstore is no different. Their newly open branch, located on the second floor of the HsingYi Branch, is introducing a variety of new, European name-brand products. Among them are CN Sense, which delivers Italian floral arrangement and home design; Nordic, which combines art and function; Blue Stone, an international renowned furniture brand; W Design Store, which hosts creative workshops; Play Sound, which focuses on art and music; hTC, a stylish design company; the FrenchOliviers & Co; and BOSS. Winning pieces from the IDEA and Good Design Awards, German If Awards, and the Reddot Design Award will be exhibited here as well.
