Enjoy the pleasure of lazy yoga at Thai Health
Spa !

Ever just feel like taking
some time off and doing nothing but relaxing?
With the hectic work schedules we have every
day, there's a place we can all stretch our
tight muscles and release the pressure from
our busy day. Yoga has become a popular trend
for people in Taiwan. Now, through a Thai
massage and spa session, you can also enjoy
the effects of yoga, but in a more relaxed
atmosphere. This type of session is referred
to as " yoga for the lazy ones".
Located on NanJing East Road
and BaDe Road, Thai Health Spa has two locations
in Taipei. These places focus on providing
customers with traditional Thai acupressure
massage. Their Thai massage techniques are
passed down through centuries of ancient medical
skills, incorporating yoga moves and releasing
pressures from various points of the body.
Vessels are relaxed through the fingertips;
this technique will also stimulate the blood
flow throughout your whole body, which will
loosen the intensity you feel from everyday
life. Unlike most other masseuses, the staff
at Thai Health Spa goes through shorter periods
of training. The owner goes to Thailand to
find their own professional masseuses, requesting
that each one have more than five years of
experience in the same field. With a short
two-hour session, Thai Health Spa hopes their
guests can enjoy their service to the fullest,
providing a sincere and comfortable environment.
Many celebrities and big corporation owners
are also their big supporters.
In addition, the spa's two
locations also provide traiditional Thai oil
massage service (this is mainly for women;
men need to be accompanied by a female.) Other
services include Thai foot acupressure massage,
moisturizing sessions with Chinese herbal
ingredients, face aromatherapy, and nail art,
manicure and pedicure. They also have regular
discount services. Best of all, they are open
until wee hours of the morning so, no matter
how busy your schedule may be, you'll never
have trouble finding time to pamper yourself
! Call for an appointment before you go, so
you won't have to wait in line.
