       The Xin Guang Work Group Practice Center has recently been converted to the Shui Mei Hot Springs Hostel providing personalized service and care for the health conscious. Fresh flowers in each room, from lotus to roses, soothe the senses while hot springs and other amenities provide relaxation and healing. Food and drink are important at the Hostel. The Chef, formerly with the Laurel Evergreen Hotel, prepares Health Sets as well as Western and Oriental dishes with vegetables, high fiber ingredients and other naturals. His unique "3-D" creations are lovely to behold, plus they please the appetite. A single spa room costs NT$1,200, NT$1,500 or NT$1,800; group spa rooms are NT$600 (gentlemen) and NT$800 (ladies) which include bubble massage. Overnight rooms start from NT$5,200 and are discounted 30% during the week and 10% on weekends. The Hostel is located near the Bei Tou Gardens.--By Selena Huang
