Hanart recently moved to a quiet lane off Zhong Xiao East Road, where it continues to offer artists space for exhibitions and exchanges. Hanart is from Hong Kong, and since 1989, it has been a key gallery in Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Under the pressure of a deteriorating economic climate, Hanart¡¦s Taiwan office has changed the direction of its business to include art consultation and planning of domestic and overseas exhibitions. At its reopening, Hanart opened ¡§Polypolis ¡V Art from Asian Pacific Megacities¡¨ Exhibition, which portrays cultural life in Asia¡¦s big cities. In the meantime, it is also planning a series of activities and will continue to help Chinese artists to sell their works.-by Cindy Lee
