When it comes to Singaporean food,
one can't help but think of Hainanese Chicken
Rice and "Ro Gu Cha" (literally "Meat
Bone Tea"). The former dish delivers tender
chicken and fragrant yummy rice while the latter
one is rib stew with herbs (NT$280). People who
have visited Singapore especially miss the taste
of Singapore Chili Crab. Prima Taste, popular
in many major cities, is bringing its authentic
cuisine here. Given that eight out of 10 top dishes
recommended by the Singapore Tourism Bureau can
be spotted on the menu here, this is a good opportunity
to try it out. --By Josie Wu, translated by Sho

A.
Singapore Chili Crab (NT$550) has one kilo of
crab, chili and spices. Fried buns usually come
with the dish. The taste is fresh and yummy.
B.
Prima Taste Fish Curry (NT$400) is normally only
prepared with fish heads. However, the restaurant
also adds fish meat to cater to Taiwanese dining
habits. The Five Foot Way Chicken Platter (NT$400)
offers the taste of Hainanese Chicken, Oil Sauce
Chicken and Crispy Skin Chicken at one go. Another
must-try is the Beef Rendang (NT$300), providing
tasty beef which has been cooked for a long time.
