If you're wondering what makes Santa Creative Cuisine unique among Italian restaurants, it's best if you come and see for yourself. As you enter through the wood-and-stone door, you will see elegantly-decorated, sun-drenched and spacious interior. Live entertainment is planned for the near future. Santa's special elements may have been inspired by the young owner's formative years in America, or the trips to Japan to try out various cuisines. As a result, dishes at Santa Creative Cuisine are a fusion of American, Japanese and Italian styles.

A. The Beef Carpaccio (NT$240) is 45.5 centimeters long. Inspired by Japan, it is placed in a specially-made long wooden dish. The Roasted Mackerel Topped with Italian Spice "whole fish" (NT$460) is prepared with specially-selected Japanese mackerel that weighs 600 grams--just the right size. The fish is made with an appropriate amount of Italian herbs, so that the meat texture is soft and juicy. Spaghetti with Squid in Tomato Soup (NT$180) is just what the name says it is, spaghetti in soup!
B. All desserts and cakes at Santa Creative Cuisine are hand-made in their pastry kitchen. Daily afternoon teas are available between 2 and 5 p.m. for NT$180.
