Sankaizyou is a concept restaurant that puts an emphasis on healthy dining. The set meals they provide contain a main dish, steamed rice, soup and unlimited healthy tea. Worth mentioning are the Thai Style Lemon Fish, French Style Duck, and Cold Drunken Chicken. The Thai Style Lemon Fish is fresh; combined with fragrant Thai spices and lemon, it goes very well with every mouthful of rice. The Cold Drunken Chicken is boneless chicken prepared with ShaoHsing wine; the coldness is refreshing to the taste. As for the French Style Duck, fat-free duck meat is prepared with a twist of sourness, and the sweetness of spring onions gives it a definite exotic flavor.

Lotus leaf fragrance accompanies the steamed rice, in one of the trademarks of this restaurant. Lotus leaves, spring onions, green peas, sesame and tiny fish are added to rice with taro or sweet potatoes. The combination is simply mouth watering. Enjoy a Stewed Chicken Soup or Country Seafood Chowder after your meal, then a cup of their delicious healthy tea. It is bound to be a satisfying experience. Set meals are priced between NT$148 and NT$168. Add NT$60 and you can get a dessert and a drink, too.
