This is a must-try restaurant for those particularly choosy about ramen soup stock. The noodles used are buckwheat noodles, which are more aromatic and softer than the usual ramen noodles. This traditional Japanese noodle is usually made into soup noodles and cold noodles. The Sun Egg Buckwheat Noodles (NT$100) is unique in that it has a raw egg. The Bamboo Tip Roast Meat Ramen (NT$150) is the most popular. Ma-por Tofu Ramen (NT$150) has a very unique taste. Other flavors include Original (NT$90), Miso (NT$130), Cha-su (NT$135) and Ramen set course with rice (NT$140) and Buckwheat Noodles set meal (NT$150). For cold noodles, there is Japanese Cold Buckwheat Noodles (NT$120). Also available are Rice in Tea (NT$90) with Cha-su or Seaweed flavors, Black Egg Tofu (NT$30), and Tuna Onion Salad (NT$30).
