Located inside a five-star hotel, the Versailles Lounge offers, besides world-class cocktails, cold drinks which meet the season's needs. The Tri-Color Amber, inspired by an Italian dessert, consists of vanilla, mint, and taro flavor ice creams beneath a chocolate roll (NT$180, plus a 10% service fee). The surprising Flaming Mount Fuji has an exterior made from fluffy egg-white beaten with lemon juice and syrup to resemble the famous Japanese peak. This is an American summer dessert served with eggshells placed on the outer egg-white layer, with some brandy added and set aflame for a golden exterior and a permeating brandy aroma. With strawberry ice cream, it serves three to four people and is priced at NT$280 plus 10% service fee.
