Ambrosia Garlic House does not specialize in selling garlic, but is rather a dedicated Hakka restaurant. The menu here does not offer the usual fatty and heavy Hakka foods, which is why it's so popular with modern people. Traditional Hakka Intestine Fried With Garlic Shreds (NT$220) is a favorite, while Honey Wrapped Chicken (NT$280) is the signature dish of this restaurant. In the latter, honey sets off the taste of just-fried and crispy chicken, making the meat sweet and not greasy. The owner uses hand-fried seasoning to personally roll and rub Hakka Salty Sticky Dumplings (NT$150). The surroundings are comfortable; this place draws celebrities and politicians.
