Robin¡¦s, located on the second floor of the Grand Formosa
Regent, cost over ten million NT dollars and took a month-and-a-half
to build. A novel form of restaurant style, casual fine dining,
Robin¡¦s offers grilled steaks, Western tepanyaki, lounge
style and various dining enjoyment. Top grade US beef, New
Zealand lamb chops, French raw oysters, Rougies foie gras,
and other high quality foods, are prepared through superb
culinary cooking methods to bring out their true mouth-watering
tastes. Robin¡¦s features main dishes arranged in three-dimensional
form popular in Californian cuisine in recent years; meat
and vegetables of varying heights add visual delight to the
whole culinary experience. The gleaming French window wine
cellar by the entrance houses the full collection of Robert
Mondavi wine series, several Japanese sakes, and select French
wines. --By Selena Huang
