Chef Deng Yu Qui of the Sonoma Steak House has concocted the
"third generation steak". It's a special dish combining
beef with exotic foods that's prepared in an open kitchen
right before your very eyes. Steak - a hit with just about
everyone around the world - fares high on the Sonoma menu
with classics like New York Steak and Rib Steak cuts. Set
meals start at NT$780, but customers have the option of ordering
a main course and salad alone. Smoked Salmon, Clams in White
Wine Sauce with fresh mushrooms are suggested as starters
- all appetizers cost around NT$780. Seating options include
tables in the wine bar, near the open kitchen or in private
rooms, which can accommodate eight persons. Reservations are
requested..--By Selena Huang
