Brown Sugar, modeled after jazz clubs in New Orleans, is the only authentic live jazz spot in Taiwan. Whether it? Latin Jazz, Modern Jazz or Cool Jazz that brings you to Brown Sugar, the music is electrifying. Foods are also served, like Braised Lamb Shank (NT$400), "Gremolata" - a traditional Italian entree popular in Milan that is simmered with tomatoes and vegetables until tender, or Chicken Stew with Pork Sausage & Lentils (NT$380) with succulent breast and thigh meats, vegetables, Italian sausage and legumes. All menu items, be it pasta, rice combos, side orders or cocktails, have been perfected thanks to feedback from discriminating diners. .
