Moroccan
Restaurant serves Moroccan food exclusively, flavored with
fragrant herbs and according to traditional cooking methods.
Stewing is a popular means of preparation in Morocco, and
the "Tajine" (NT$380) - or stewed meat, poultry
or seafood with all the trimmings - sticks to the style.
Eating Moroccan food is half the fun. First, dip a pita
(flat bread) into your sauce and then scoop up a helping
of juicy meat or seafood. The Pastilla (NT$320) is a classic
dish of curry, sliced meat, onions, almonds and herbs. The
skin is crispy and the filling is rich. Finally, a pot of
Moroccan tea (NT$150) makes the perfect compliment to every
meal.
