This restaurant is near the Breeze Center and serves authentic
Szechwan-style hotpot. The base for the broth includes chili
peppers, fermented rice mixed with barley, spicy black bean
paste and sesame oil. The characteristics of Szechwan hotpot
include having the right amount of spiciness; it should make
your mouth numb but not burn your tongue. Another special
feature is the sauce, made with sesame oil, garlic and other
seasonings. This restaurant also serves non-spicy hot pot.
For NT$300, you can eat your fill of shrimp, crab and even
sirloin.--By Selena Huang
