This restaurant opened just this year, and so far has been very successful due to its delicious, reasonably priced food. The boss, Mr. Soon, is originally from Shandong in China, but grew up in Korea. Therefore the food served in this restaurant is very authentic. This is especially true for the sauce used to grill the meat, which includes specially imported fruit juice. The seafood cakes are very popular, as they are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The vegetables are purchased daily, and meticulously cleaned before being used in any of the dishes. The base of the kimchee hot pot is made from chicken soup and stir-fried pickled vegetables. Ginseng tea and ice cream are included with each meal, making this restaurant an excellent value.
