Project Pino

Translated by Naomi Lai

A very unique bicycle exists in Germany: On Friday, it's a family bike; on Sunday, it's a touring tandem; and, on Monday, it's a taxi. It's called the Pino Allround--the world's most flexible team bike.

The structure of a Pino is basically a bicycle with a built-in recumbent system. The body of the vehicle can be divided into having the reclining seat in the front and regular bicycle seats in the back. Its aluminium alloy frame comprises of two easily dismantled and reassembled parts, making it so transportable that you can take it just about anywhere.

The front half of the Pino is composed of a recumbent seat with adjustable parts, allowing riders to position it for the most comfortable distance between the pedals and the seat. The Pino also includes a Children's Crankset, providing you with a more intimate interaction with your child when riding.

When you are planning for a long-distance tour with a friend, the Pino serves as your best friend and assistant.

The back seat is equipped with an adjustable handlebar, which can be altered to best suit your position for optimal comfort, stability and control. The specially-designed luggage rack can carry up to 40 kilograms without affecting the balance of the vehicle and the strong Magura Louise disc brakes ensure that you'll always feel safe, with absolute control over your ride.

With the Pino you can share, communicate and admire the beauty of the world more intimately with your friends and family members.
If you have any questions concerning the Pino or want to experience it first-hand, please contact us via phone or email.
