Taichung kids have one more great place to play, thanks to this creative new amusement attraction which will remain in place until September 2. Already drawing crowds with its enormous air-filled attractions, this instant amusement park covers 2,600 pings of space and features about 20 balloon games that youngsters can climb up, slide down, jump around and crawl inside—¼)all without hurting themselves. Brought in from America and elsewhere overseas, these attractions include the giant bow of the Titanic, pointed skyward as it slips beneath the waves, a big T-Rex dinosaur, rocket ships, alien ships and a castle. There is also a water gun area, snack bar and rides on a train which circles the site. All is laid out on a big artificial grass mat, with all guests leaving their shoes at its edge. Tickets cost NT$200 per child with accompanying adults paying NT$150 each. The best place to park is at one of the big lots around Mitsukoshi Department Store.
