Liquid Lounge--recently reopened after an extensive remodeling--has a split personality. Many know it as a chilled-out, high-class dinner spot where you can enjoy some great cuisine and listen to soft lounge tracks. All their main courses, prepared by a five-star hotel chef, come with salad and soup. Try the Roasted Chicken with Tomato Sauce (NT$480) and the Roasted Lamb Chop with Mustard (NT$520). Along with dinner you can have a nice bottle of wine from Australia, Chile, Italy, France or Spain, ranging from NT$1,500 from NT$2,400. After 9:30 every day there are 26 appetizers, you can choose from the Seafood Deluxe Combo (NT$300), the spicy Mexican Roll (NT$220), or delicious Sauteed Mushrooms with Herbs (NT$180). However, this cozy, private lounge changes into its mask and tights once a month to throw bombastic parties. Boasting hot DJs spinning house and breaks, these parties have been something to look forward to for over four years. Dance the night away while sipping classic cocktails (NT$150) and beer (starting at NT$150). With drinks flowing, flashing lights, a big-screen TV, velvet rope separators, a brick-wall DJ booth and a really chilled vibe, Liquid Lounge is a great place to get into the flow.
