The two owners of this fourth-generation Japanese restaurant are brothers who have five-star hotel cooking experience and start helping their parents prepare Japanese cuisine from a young age. The interior, designed by CHU Conception, creates an appealing, minimalist Japanese ambiance. The mouth-watering set meals include entrees like Ayu in Nectar Sauce (NT$200), which simmers for eight hours before serving, and come with salad, side dishes, soup, dessert and handmade aromatic, crunchy preserved vegetables. Other enjoyable entrees include Three Seafood Donburi (NT$480), made with scallops, crab paste and salmon roe, and the side dishes are just as delectable. A variety of other set meals and a la carte items include the Angus Boneless Beef Rib Set and Pacific Saury Set (NT$180-320), sushi rolls, grilled items (NT$60-440), Crab Paste and Scallop Sushi Roll (NT$140), hot pots and snacks. --By Niang Chen, translated by Anna Yang
