A. A warming, flavorful dish for the winter, Seafood Hotpot (NT$600) contains shrimp, clams, squid and oysters, and is even better with some Chinese pickles and fresh bamboo shoots. Garlic Flavored Beef (NT$400) is cut into little squares and onion slices enhance the Australian meat's juicy flavors.

B. Fried Eggs with Spinach and Tomatoes (NT$120) was originally only made for the employees but unexpectedly became a hit after some customers got a taste. Since then, it has become one of the top menu choices. Pork Stew with Rice Wine is a nostalgic entree for Taiwanese; other options include Sweet and Sour Fish Slices (NT$300) and Braised Squid (NT$200).
