Well-known restaurant group Tripodking recently opened this yakiniku (grill) restaurant. Its Chinese name's double meaning—"select salt" and "well-chosen"—expresses the restaurant's focus on using specially-selected salts to highlight the meat's original flavors. Unlike other grill restaurants, the air inside Yansyuan is surprisingly fresh, meaning you don't walk out reeking of smoke after enjoying your meal.
