Tapas-One Bar & Restaurant
273-1, GongYi Rd, Sec 2, Nantun Dist.

Spanish fine dining has arrived via this high-profile restaurant, mixing lunch/dinner sets (NT$680-NT$1,880) with a tapas bar. Fleur De Sel/Papa Mio boss Chef Justine Li spent time in Spain to guarantee authenticity with entrees like Plancha Beef of Fillet in truffle sauce, fried potatoes with garlic mayonnaise, and Estofado de Rabo de Toro (Oxtail Stew with mashed potatoes). --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Angel Pu
