A. Lunch and dinner sets (NT$398/person) include five appetizers, an osmanthus vinegar drink, one soup stock flavor, a plate of vegetables, two entrees, Shanghai-Style Fried Rice or steamed rice, dessert and a drink. There are six creative soup-stock flavors to choose with the most popular ones being Jiangnanshao, cooked with Jinhua ham and chicken, and Huangjinshao, which contains pumpkins and salty eggs.

B. Popular entrees include the famous Hangzhou dish Dongpo Pork, which is braised with soy sauce and rock sugar. Other well-liked menu options include Kung Pao Chicken and Lion's Head (pork meatballs).
