Jerry's is very clear about what it aims to provide its diners with--European and French cuisine, and that's it. Dining here allows you to appreciate the efforts that they put into presenting delicious cuisine while catering to their guests' special tastes.
The restaurant's owner, Richard, is highly gifted in cooking and has worked for a number of renowned Chinese, Japanese, French and Italian establishments. He utilizes his culinary gift and experience to select the best elements of various exotic dishes and create his own menu. From desserts to main entrees, Richard prepares all the ingredients here and cooks all his dishes from scratch in order to ensure his guests get nothing but the best.

Roast Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut (NT$580) is one of the most popular dishes here. The pig knuckles are cleaned, roasted, barbecued and fried repeatedly to provide a crunchy skin and tender-textured meat. The whole process takes three to four hours. When you cut through the skin, you'll be greeted by a strong, most appetizing fragrance wafting up. Thanks to the long preparation process, only 30 servings are available per day.

Washington Oyster Au Gratin (NT$280) comes as a sizable portion. Tasty seafood rice with cheese melted over it makes for a tasty but not overwhelming flavor. There are also side dishes like Caesar Salad, with goose liver added, or Anchovy and Onion Soup, with plenty of fresh vegetables and onions tossed in. This is just a sampling of the fresh flavors and creativity that diners will discover when they sit down for a meal at Jerry's.
