What will probably grab your attention first at this restaurant are the hundreds of fish swimming inside a 10-meter-long aquarium that reportedly cost around NT$5 million. The establishment itself is also impressive, with a spacious, comfortable seating area and satisfying cuisine prepared with imported, fresh ingredients by about six chefs, all possessing more than 20 years of teppanyaki experience.

An individual set meal (from NT$1,000) includes a main meat and prawn course, while a two-person set (from NT$2,900) features lobster and goose liver with a main meat course. Business lunches (NT$600) offer a choice of seafood, beef, pork or chicken. All menu items feature top-grade ingredients, such as deep-ocean Alaska cod, Hokkaido scallops and prawns, all fresh and pleasing to the taste buds. Chefs and wait staff will enthusiastically explain the origins of each dish and the best way to enjoy it. For example, the New Zealand Filet tastes best with a sauce made with onions from Taiwan's Checheng and rock salt from Bolivia. Instead of tinfoil, high-grade dining utensils are used to ensure that the food is served properly.

Dishes are complemented by the different flavors of Chinese herbal tea and the freshly-made red bean desserts that also come with the meals. Other offerings include fresh juices and high-quality coffees served in exquisite cups at the restaurant's well-lit coffee section.
In the end, a big variety of meals at reasonable prices makes Three A Teppanyaki and Coffee an all-around bargan that will please your taste buds and wallet.
