The owner of this teppanyaki eatery is a true gourmand and it shows. From the care taken with the restaurant environment to the use of a German ventilation system, customers will be able to appreciate the attention to detail and enjoy a satisfying dining experience. The owner has employed a former five-star restaurant chef to prepare the creative dishes featured on the menu. In a change from most BBQ restaurants, where the food tends to be heavy-flavored and greasy, the dishes at Ting Yue are all carefully selected and prepared using healthy low-fat, low-sodium and MSG-free techniques. Imported French sea salt is used for flavoring yams, truffles and a French-style mushroom sauce. Set meals are NT$5,800. Live piano performances also add to the atmosphere. During its opening period, Ting Yue is offering 200 VIP cards to guests, who get a free set meal on the card holder's birthday, and dine any time without service charge. Also come and dine here during the crab season and receive a free dish of Yang Chen Lake Crab.
