Situated on the corner of TaiZhongGang and DaDun roads, this big new flagship branch of e-Coffee has a slogan that says, "Professional Coffee, Light Meals and Healthy Baking". Apart from very good coffee (NT$35-NT$70), herbal teas (NT$15-NT$60) and ice slushies (NT$55-NT$65), this outlet provides freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries. There is the easy-to-eat "one bite" bread, sold by the gram (NT$50 for 100g; NT$100/100g for the Chocolate Almond Crisp), a new bread concept where the emphasis is low sugar, low fat and low calorie content, breaking the tradition of larger-sized breads and targeted at trendy younger consumers. The "wei kang" bread (NT$35-NT$50) emphasizes natural healthiness with added nuts and vitamins C and B. The French Style Seafood Bread (NT$40-NT$100) is newly developed by the bakers here and the chefs, evidently unfettered by traditional ingredients, have also added crab, cuttlefish, tuna, shrimp and a variety of other items to their breads. The "Retro Taiwanese Style" bread (NT$20-NT$25) is a traditional flavor that everyone loves. Also don't miss the "one-bite" cake (NT$18 each). Although small, it is delicate and delicious with various flavors to choose from, allowing you to easily sample and savor. There are also small 4-inch and 6-inch small cakes. Conveniently, the shop is open for 24 hours a day.
