New Palace will be offering banquet specials until March 15. The Chung Te 5th Road branch is this popular chain's largest with 600 tables. The other two restaurants each hold 300 tables. For groups occupying more than 10 tables, there are two menus priced at NT$5,000 and NT$6,000 per table, respectively. Dishes include Shark's Fin Soup, Shrimp in Rice Wine, and Huai Shan Chicken. Each table receives six bottles of beer or juice free of charge. For reservations of less than 10 tables, the management will arrange a menu suited to individual tastes and budgets. Worth noting is the fact that New Palace also offers a variety of vegetarian dishes.
