Liu
Ma's specialises in family style hand-made boiled dumplings, pig's
knuckles with rice, steamed pork with rice and sesame oil chicken.
Liu Ma's dumplings (NT$4 each) are well known for their leek fillings.
The steamed pork with rice (NT$60) is boneless, unlike at other
restaurants. The sesame oil chicken (NT$80) is cooked with special
Chinese medicine that isgood for your health. Other
common dishes cost about NT$30. The owner, Liu Ma, explains these
dishes are family style; whenever you have it, you feel like home.
Average expense here is about NT$100 per person. The business hours
here are till 1am. So, for those people who would like to have some
food late at night and don't want to spend too much money, Liu Ma
is a good choice.
