Located just down the hall from the Grand Formosa Hotel's Steak House, this teppanyaki seats 90 in elegant surroundings and also has two private VIP rooms.  The a la carte menu has items ranging from the NT$850 grilled half chicken with sweet sauce and the New Zealand lamb chop to the NT$5,800 five-ounce Japanese Matsusaka Beef to the live Pacific lobster, going for market price.  There is a NT$1,288 special recommendation, which includes the choice of a main course--ribeye steak, lamb chops, chicken or salmon--plus appetizer, a choice of soups, salad, vegetables, bean sprouts, dessert and other items.  Finally, there is a "design your own surf and turf" option.
