Dah Che Luen Train Sushi is located in a Japanese-feeling place, Ximending (Hsimenting), and has a history dating back over 28 years. From the outside, the first thing you will probably notice is the small-gauge train winding its way around the sushi station, with every carriage laden with delicious treats. This is really a case of taking whatever grabs your fancy--simply help yourself to any plate you like the look of. This way of dining is always interesting, as you just never can decide what to have next, as you enjoy the suspense waiting to see what the train will bring next. It's also interesting to watch the chefs lovingly preparing every dish. The house special in Dah Che Luen is ¡§Dah Che Luen Sushi¡¨, a big seaweed sushi with six small ones inside. Other popular items are chestnut sushi, Fuji sushi, and Tai roll sushi. You can have both Kansai and Kanto style sushi. It¡¦s like traveling in a small train around Japan.
