This exquisite and tasteful hotel creates
a comfortable atmosphere for its guests, with simple
colors like red, black and white. Unlike other hotels
you see in Taiwan that utilize imported architectural
elements and design, Hotel 73 strives to provide guests
with local color and architecture. Chairman of Hotel
73, Jimmy Dai, agrees, saying that many Taiwanese hotels
spend a fortune on decorating the facility, rendering
the place too expensive for most consumers. Dai is also
an avid fan of the arts, as you can see by 73, which
may look more like an art museum than a hotel. From
July 1st, all rooms start from NT$1,800 to NT$2,700
(including tax and service charge), and come with two
complimentary breakfasts. --By Josie Wu, translated
