With 106 rooms, including two VIP suites, that overlook the Southern Taiwan Science Park, this new hotel is well-placed for businesspeople heading to and from Tainan County's high-tech manufacturing zone. Unless the traffic is unusually bad, the drive from the hotel to any place within the science park shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Standard rooms are priced around NT$3,000--clients with long-term contracts naturally get lower prices. Every room has a flat-screen television and its own balcony. Prices include breakfast for two. There's a business center, and wireless Internet access in every room. Sin Da Science Park Business Hotel is already proving very popular with Japanese visitors, many of whom stay for a whole month. The staff speak good English in addition to Japanese.
