Aptly named, Chateau Boutique Motel is situated
in Taichung's Seventh Redevelopment Zone. The decor in each
of its rooms cost millions alone and Marketing Director Mr.
Lin Shi Chong explains that Chateau was created to cater to
the needs of female consumers who consider romance and surprise
as important elements. The design has been geared in this
direction, as each door opens up to a new surprise. Every
bathroom come equipped with Aveda soaps and lotions. The rooms
come in different themes, such as modern, Bali, Chinese, Shanghai,
Lounge Bar and others. The smallest, most affordable room
is over 25 pings large and NT$680 for three hours. The biggest
room is up to 110 pings large and costs NT$1,680 for three
hours. It includes a bedroom, lounge, bathroom and a garden
area. A lot of natural stone and wood is used in the decor.
Big and small rooms all give you a garden view. The bathroom
is well lit with many windows, allowing you to enjoy the starlit
skies. Transparent glass-beaded curtains help soften the environment,
as the indoor lighting changes according to the room's decor.
There are 42-inch flat-screen TVs in every room and some rooms
even come equipped with 80-inch projection movie screens for
guests to enjoy a big-screen film experience. |
