Situated on the corner of ChangAn East Road and the XinSheng Flyover is the Ambience Hotel, an epitome of a new trend that stylish travelers have been waiting for. This 1,300 ping white architectural structure reflects a unique style that combines delicate designs with personalized service. The lobby and Ambience Lounge on the first floor are decorated in clean, pure white style. The guest rooms are also understated and simple, using Kartell lighting and white furniture, which includes work by eccentric French designer Phillippe Starck and Italian designer Ferrucio Laviani. In response to the needs of business travelers, in-room audio and visual entertainment as well as Internet services are provided free of charge. Guest bathrooms are specifically designed to be bigger in proportion to the rest of the room. Organic handmade soaps by Botanicus from Prague and other top-grade toiletries and aromatherapy products are provided, allowing guests to enjoy quality time as they rest and relax. There are a total of 61 rooms at the Ambience Hotel, divided into six different categories. Room rates range between NT$4,600 and NT$17,000 per night, rates include breakfast and afternoon tea for two.
