       In keeping with the Heti Road neighborhood, this new restaurant is clean, comfortable and attractive. The beef noodles (NT$70) are so popular they often sell out, the proprietor says. The Wonton dishes (up to NT$60) are another highlight. Spaghetti costs NT$70. Unusually for this kind of eatery, there's also a choice of hot and cold coffees, all priced at NT$40. The interior is air-conditioned; there are outdoor tables. This is an inexpensive coffee shop, or a place to eat inexpensive but good food, or both--the customer decides. --By Steven Crook
