The weather in southern Taiwan remains
humid and hot for almost two thirds of the year. As
a result, sandals are essential footwear. Having a pair
of sandals suited to your exact needs can be almost
critical. Well, the good news is that Chiau Jiang Clogs
Shop, situated at the corner of SanDuo and GuangHua
Roads, is the biggest clog provider in southern Taiwan
and they are able to custom-make clogs for their customers
right on the spot. It only takes 10 to 20 minutes to
have them done!
The friendly owners, Mr. and Mrs. Yuang have been manufacturing
clogs for years. They take pride in their work and make
sure their customers are satisfied with their clogs.
They even give advice about how to take care of your
new clogs. Truth be told, they are not an official shop
in Kaohsiung city. However, customers keep going back
and even send their friends to the shop. And don't be
surprised if you find the shop filled with Japanese
tourists either!
There are more than 40 kinds of soles
to choose from, including platforms and flat or high
heeled soles. They also have hundreds of different vamps,
like classical Chinese styles, modern styles, cartoon
characters and so on, on offer. Casual style flip flop
clogs are also available. Besides clogs, graceful Chinese
embroidered shoes and clogs designed with health considerations
and weight-loss purposes in mind can be found here.
Qualities like sweat-absorption and breathing make clogs
perfect for your feet during those hot, humid summer
days.
