       A striking yellow pyramid on the corner of ShiaMen and FuJian streets, not far from the Cultural Center, this new branch of GameAll offers something which, if not unique, is certainly rare: high-speed Internet access with abundant fresh air. Dozens of computer stations are set around the pyramid. Tarpaulins overhead and foliage to the sides block bright sunlight and cold draughts, but otherwise surfers are exposed to the elements. Not quite the Great Outdoors, but for those who avoid Internet cafes because of the smoky and/or stale air, a welcome innovation. Drinks cost around NT$30, meals about NT$70. --By Steven Crook
