Located just south of MingCheng 2nd Road near Mintzu Dollars, New Backdoor is a good choice if you're looking for a quiet, classy spot to enjoy great fusion dishes and well mixed cocktails. The staff is attentive and the upscale urban decor coupled with booth seating give you a nice intimate setting. Like many establishments in Taiwan, purchase a bottle of liquor here and they'll hold it for you. Uniquely, Backdoor creates your cocktail with no additional charge for the drink's other ingredients.

Ingredients :
*Orange juice, cranberry juice, Absolut Mandarin vodka, Blue Curacao.

Prepare the following:
*Orange juice 0.5 oz, cranberry juice 1 oz, Absolut Mandarin vodka 0.5 oz, Blue Curacao 0.5 oz, and lemon juice 0.5 oz.

Steps:
Pour the cranberry juice into an empty glass, and add crushed ice until glass is half full. Now pour orange juice and lemon juice into a shaker, shake well then pour into the glass to create 2 layers.
Pour Absolut Mandarin and Blue Curacao into a shaker, shake well then pour into the glass to create the third and top layer. Finally, take a fresh strawberry and put it on the rim of the glass for decoration.
