Wanna really get into the Christmas Spirit? Try a glass of Foster's Rum and Eggnog (NT$180) and taste that Christmas cheer. Head bartender, Ryan, has brought this traditional recipe all the way from Newfoundland, Canada. Chose from dark, light or spiced rum, and let Ryan do the rest.

Ingredients :
*Light, Dark or Spiced Rum 1 1/2 oz.
*Eggs 1
*Milk 3 oz.
*Ice 1 oz.
*A splash of vanilla
*A pinch of salt and sugar
*A sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate

Recipe:
For a solid base, take egg yolks mixed with salt, sugar and milk, and bring it to a boil. Mix in pre-stirred egg whites with vanilla, salt and sugar. Drop in a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon, mix thoroughly and cool it for a few hours.

Chose to have your glass rimmed with chocolate or nutmeg (Ryan suggests nutmeg) and pour 1 and a half oz. of rum. Add your mix, top with dairy whipped cream, a piece of cinnamon, sprinkle on some cinnamon and nutmeg, and you're set for a sophisticated taste of the holidays.
